Founder story · LinkedIn lead management

One LinkedIn post. Hundreds of messages. One person to hire.

I was looking for one salesperson to help grow MyKayd. The post reached thousands of people, and suddenly I had far more emails and DMs than I could easily review.

What happened

The hard part wasn't getting attention. It was handling it.

HundredsEmails and DMs received, founder-reported

I only needed one salesperson. But when responses arrive across an inbox and direct messages, comparing candidates, identifying relevant experience, and following up becomes time-consuming.

That experience illustrates the problem MyKayd is built to solve: collect information in a consistent format so you can understand it and decide what to do next. The emails and DMs themselves were not all submitted through a MyKayd form.
