2. The Service
MyKayd provides tools for creating and publishing forms, collecting responses and documents, reviewing submissions, viewing analytics, and exporting information. The service is intended to support information collection and management and does not constitute accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. Accounts and Access
An account is required to access certain features of MyKayd. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, securing the devices used to access the service, and activities conducted through their accounts.

Data may be processed through our cloud hosting and infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the service.

MyKayd is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted or free from errors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
